Once we receive your order, your shipment is generally shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
When your order is shipped you will receive a notification via email you provided on your order, with a tracking number for your convenience to track your shipment.
We only ship within the USA, we do not ship internationally.
All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking. Your order will arrive based on when it shipped out, including any shipping time to your address. You can track your order by checking your email for the shipping notification which is sent to you automatically when your products ship out. Shipping time will vary based on your address and various conditions out of our control. Please contact USPS for any concerns or questions about your shipment once your order has been shipped.
PAYMENT
All payments are processed via STRIPE merchant service. We accept all major credit cards. If you have any questions about your payment not processing, please contact your bank regarding this matter.
RETURNS
All sales are final except under the following conditions.
We will happily accept returns within 14 days on products that are purchased in error, are unopened and with tamper evident seal unbroken.
We do not accept any returns if your product has been opened or if the original seal has been broken
No Exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
